Once we have taken instructions from our Clients we will, in all cases,  require that they attend our offices (at least once) to provide suitable identification (we provide information of what isacceptable) as part of the anti money laundering provisions which are now very strict and which all professions have to now observe.

We will also provide comprehensive procedure notes with our initial letters to help you through the jargon and give you a good overall view of who is doing what for you.
